Patient Arrival Policy:
For your protection, and that of others,
all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area
or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a
leash. All other pets must be in an appropriate pet carrier.
Appointments:
We are strictly a walk-in clinic. We
don't accept appointments for anything other than surgeries, laser therapy, and
puppy tail\dewclaw removal. We have convenient hours of operation for all your
needs. If a surgery is needed and is not an emergency, it will be scheduled at
the time of the initial visit.
Emergencies:
If you think that your pet needs
emergency care, please bring it into our clinic immediately. A Technician or
Veterinarian will take it back to our state of the art triage center where the
medical condition of the pet will be assessed.
Payment Policy:
We require full
payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, personal checks, and CareCredit. Thus, we
will not extend personal credit or bill you. If a pet care emergency arises
that has significant expense we can help you apply for CareCredit. CareCredit
has interest free payment plans that allow you to spread out a large emergency
expense. You do not necessarily need a perfect credit check to qualify. See www.carecredit.com for
complete details.
CareCredit:
Care Credit is a flexible patient/client
payment program, specifically designed for pet health care expenses, that makes
it easier for you to get your pet the treatment or procedures they need.
CareCredit is ideal for co-payments, deductibles, treatment and procedures not
covered by pet insurance as well.
